What it looks to me is, the bottom of the "1" took a hit, making it look like it was doubled.
And I believe there is a nice DDO to be found on the 2011p
I found 6 - 1998's, 0 - 1999's and 6 - 2000's last year. 1 - 1998 this year so far (approx. $100 searched)
Actually, most postal scales read by 2 grams, so if it shows 2 or 4, then you know it's not real.
