Well I ordered 10 different coins in a Teletrade auction last month and my total shipping charge was $13.25, so I'm pretty sure they DO combine...
If you're wanting to sell them anyways, I know Teletrade was running a deal where they would get your raw coins certified by PCGS before listing...
Pretty much any coin without a reserve and with decent, clear photos sells very well on eBay. Just make sure you list it in the correct category...
