Hard to tell anything from those pics as your flash is obscuring the key focal points of the coin, i.e. the bell lines.
As Doug stated, and he is 100% correct, the 49D is harder to find in a MS65 with an FBL on it than the 49S.
I would leave it as is. Silver tones, and all though there are ways to try and slow down the tarnishing process, it happens.

The 59, 60, 61, and 62 Franklins are proofs 63/64, the 63 and 63D are uncirculated may go 64. The Peace dollars may be AU, or low MS. Hard to tell...
