I would say it looks like some kind of sulfer contamination toning, perhaps from cardboard
i don't know if its a proof, but the coin looks nice and his feedback isn't horrible with regards to toolhaus
this particular coin isn't my cup of tea, but I'll go out on a limb and say its either an au-58 or a weak strike ms-62 ish
