I gave 75 Cents for this, many years ago. It's still not worth much but has a lot of stuff going on. Tell me what you see. I'll save my opinion...
The weight and size make me think it's not a US coin.
I would probably like the 1890 more. I don't care for most coins I see in MS62.
Nice coin. I love the obverse design. The lack of luster may have been the reason for being called cleaned.
If you don't know you are correct, don't post it. Wait and learn. Wrong information has a way of being repeated by others.
The coin toned because of the way it has been stored over the past 30 something years. It now looks damaged.
I did not know that the Federal Reserve was involved with rolling coins any longer.

Really nice coin.
That's not always true. There are proper ways to help some coins. There are also wrong ways. A coin worth $1.80 is not anything to fight over.
I remember trying to remove the nickel from one of these sets. I really messed up the holder before I got it out.
True. The mint packaging did not treat the coins well. They toned ugly. I guess they could be dipped but I have never tried it.
