You are looking to hard. Small differences are normal.
Water and acetone will not harm the coin. Rubbing the coin will reduce it's value. Keep in mind that few coins can be helped. Learning what coins...

I'll go with glue on the coin and I don't believe the coin actually weighs 2 grams.
