I think TPG graders give Morgan dollars a lot of leeway when it comes to bag marks. I would be very surprised if your dollar doesn't receive MS-65.

I bought a Redfield slabbed Morgan a while back...1897-S as I recall. Nice coin, but the red leather slab is terrible for coin preservation.
Why not just join PCGS and submit yourself? I don't know...is there a benefit to submitting through a Dealer? ...lower cost? ...better grade?
