It would depend on the degree of the wear. Could just be graininess from the pics I'm seeing too. Proof positive why grading from online pics...

FSB, I see a die crack across the top of the reverse, nice luster, not much wear, I'd say this would be 66+.
Did it ever occur to you that they sold all that they had? The idea of a "coin shop" is sell for a profit. Not stock up waiting several years...
