Incorrect. Pawn shops do not buy bullion for collector value. Only the bullion value.
First off, the PCGS/Numismedia price guide lists the value of this coin at $220 and why anyone would pay more than double that is beyond me....

Biggest thing for me is cost.
To a pawnshop, that is 100% correct. They would never pay over melt for bullion silver regardless of the form it's in.
If it's not listed at VAM World, it's no doubt unknown. As Chris stated in post #11, if it's a new VAM it would have to be sent to Leroy Van Allen...

Depends on year, mint, varieties, VAMs, etc. But then again, a raw coin; one that is not slabbed by the TPGs, can have the same variety and VAM...
