Pretty coin with a nice clash. Great example of how a coin with lots of chatter on the devices that still received a high grade.
I'll go with 53 but the old cleaning may hold it back from a straight grade. It has lost most of it's luster.

I have a group of IKE dollars that toned nicely in old plastic holders. They all received straight grades with PCGS. I might make a few dollars...

The obverse image is pretty cool. The contrast shows the high points of the design and the wear pattern really well.

I love the Booker design. Folks have a tough time grading them because of the chatter that is common on the obverse. The strike was not strong...
This makes me think of when the CPG first came out. I was like a kid looking back at everything in my collection and found a few that were listed...
