The pcgs sample you provide has two distinct things over the HA sample: 1 - strike 2 - lack of hits ... I would be surprised if the HA sample...

That is a very good point.... When just browsing ebay i always opt to view "auctions" only.... The BIN's are over populated with coins from folks...
