Maybe its the quality of the pic but I think there are too many marks to qualify it as a 66. I do like the luster and strike of it though.
Check Numismaster. Icelanic Coins should be pretty cheap exchange rate wise, now that their economy and government has collapsed.
You won't find much gold or ancients there, but it is a good site for beginning collectors.

If you do not like Ebay I recommend Wensy.com to buy coins/currency. They do not have as big a selection as Ebay but I have found some pretty good...
