The Cathedral of Orvieto was damaged by an earthquake in 1832. Its restoration is commemorated in the 1842 dated medal of the Vatican. [ATTACH]
To me it looks like there is some rub on the high spots of the reverse. May just be the pictures. I am thinking AU58 or so.
