It's the same coin, with the same cert. # And already as high as I would pay for it with the shipping.

I wouldn't say deep or ultra cameo, but it does have a cameo appearance.
I picked up a 52 Franklin NGC 64 FBL for even less than $58. The 63 Franklin in 65 was $35, last summer when I got it.
