I feel that grade is warranted. I feel that the nick on the reverse is holding it back from 65. Just my 2 cents.

The obverse looks fine. On the reverse there is a nice ding between the shield and the E in one cent. I also see a couple small light scratches....
These spots look like something got on the coin and dried. Similar to washing a car window in the hot sun.
