To be honest I have never heard of anyone making counterfeit $1 and $2 bills.
The 3 letters infront of the serial are the real indicators. Some are more rare then others. Usually ones with an X in the letters indicate rarer...
My favorite is just outside Toronto (In brampton). It is called B & W coins. its in the strip mall at queen and mcclauglin near the licence...
With that serial # the $1 bill is probably worth about $3-5 Canadian in uncirculated. Also I hope that pricetag is on the plastic and not the bill...
