What do I think of it...well it looks like a buffer attachment was put on a drill and it buffed the heck out of it. And I would spend it IMO

Why is it that most of those and even 1/2 cents seem to have a little punch hole in the center of the reverse?
But silver was popular and "precious" long before computers came along. I doubt that that would make it worthless. I do see your point about tech...
From those pictures I'd say no. It is hard to tell unless in hand though.
