The one on left may not have any original luster, but I think your right coin might be dipped/cleaned cause with that many dings that luster is...

if i can ask, how much did you pay? MS 60 is around 19,800, and MS62 is at 30,000, and MS63 is 42,000. Huge price changes.
Did some research on ICCS, and it seems it has a good rep for canadians. Then you probably choose well.

no idea. Why did you send to ICG? ICG grading doesnt have much popularity compared to PCGS and NGC, and I dont like there holders at all.
