That's because mintage records were only kept sporadically prior to 1787. A random guess would be about 500,000 give or take a few.
It's 1817. Nothing apart from tokens in 1807.

There is a fake brasher doubloon in there as well, and the very poor quality of the lettering really shows them up to be recent oriental imitations.
