If it was in a PCGS container already, why take it out to regrade it in an ANACS? Also some possibilities were that the coin was graded by PCGS...

Nice piece you got there :) It's certainly worth keeping and gives a pretty decent premium, that's for sure.
Toning is subjective. It might be worth more to someone, might be worth nothing to someone else.
It's a shame when I hear everyday so many stories of people buying large gold bars and when it's time to cash in for retirement, It's 90 % tungsten :(
