The crossed flag coins-are they from around 1920 or so. I seem to recall having one of these.

Well placed plating blisters. Enlarged I see a couple of hits to the thumb but not a doubled die. Trust me, I gone through my share of these.
But once again, there is a sucker born every day.

With part of the rim also missing I'd be more inclined to think this a dryer coin.
