Not much chatter and for an O-mint it has a great strike. I think it has a good chance for 65.
That Morgan seems very clean and has minimal chatter. If the photos aren't hiding anything, I think its an easy 65.

Believe it or not this is natural toning. Its a brown box proof Ike. I think its ugly but I never really have seen blue like this unless its AT....
