ANACS told VF20,I say F 12.
In front of the face and near the date are several tiny scratches....these indicates light cleaning.

I would have paid a premium of 50 Dollars for this kind of toning.
I don't think that the joy this bargain affects is of long time. Please consider buying slabbed coins since these series are highly counterfeit.

Looks real ro me. The condition is not very good, maybe it's a cleaned coin. But it's hard to say from these pics.
