I'm not an idiot...I don't expect silver to ever hit $8/oz...I was giving that as an example not everyone is rich and can afford to buy as much...
It's not high by those standards but if were at $8/oz instead of $16/oz you could get twice as much silver...most people don't have as much...
when was the last year the mint had regular circulation of the half dollar? or another way to put it when was the first year you could only buy...
search your pennies for errors you might have some errors worth more then face value and then could sell them and get alot more silver that way...
