The thing is mangled on the obverse too. Look at the denticles change all the way around, the 4 or 5 rim dings, and that hit at 3 oclock.
With the cleaning/polishing It would grade XF details...too bad its a fake.

I think it is at least a 67. As far as 68, it depends on the spots and how it looks in hand.

The pink/purple on the reverse is usually a color I stay away from cause it is often AT at least on silver coins. I do see a progression though....
