The thing is mangled on the obverse too. Look at the denticles change all the way around, the 4 or 5 rim dings, and that hit at 3 oclock.
With the cleaning/polishing It would grade XF details...too bad its a fake.

I think it is at least a 67. As far as 68, it depends on the spots and how it looks in hand.
Usually the 74s are the ones with the awesome luster and killer strike, but that one is just as good if not better. I love it!

The pink/purple on the reverse is usually a color I stay away from cause it is often AT at least on silver coins. I do see a progression though....
