Yes...they were the mint state version and made from 71 thru 74 in SF. The "red" Ikes were a silver set of 25c, 50c, and $1 made in 1976 in SF....
No clue from me...they were around in the 60s, but I don't know about before then.
XF-AU and cleaned at some point...nice looking.
I use a 2x2 mylar flip inside of a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 mylar flip. Plenty of room for notes and descriptions in the outside jacket. No worries from...
