The 76 is strike doubling. If the letters are recessed in the Ozark coin it to is strike doubling. If they are raised you might have something.
Coins 1 & 4 are doubled dies with 100% certainty. 76 quarter is not 100% certainty. Coins 2,3, not sure. Coin 5 damage.
