Technically a MS 63 piece....the first thing I have seen was the streak over the face..but NGC decided to give a bonus for the toning....that's ok.
A nice piece indeed....somewhere in the MS63 area.....but that's a strong premium for the toning........
Looks like a decent possible MS63, maybe fb...no special date......sell it for 15 to 20 dollars....but I' m not a specialist in this...
