Maybe the government could offer some kind of incentive to keep the coins circulating...seems like that would be a lot cheaper than having to make...

Why would you ever buy an expensive key date coin that is not slabbed? Especially one that might be a 'problem' coin? That's what we're here for....
If you want a nice 'frosty' coin, buy a proof American Silver Eagle...about $40-$50. It's large, pure silver, and has awesome cameo contrast.
The date seems kinda bold compared to the wear on the portrait...I'm no expert, but that jus' doesn't look right to me. Good luck with the TPG...I...
I'm glad that I don't own any 'slabs'. I think the holders are ugly and much too large for the size of the coin...creates a total visual...

The grade won't matter if unslabbed...bullion is bullion, unless you get lucky on eBay, but they'll wipe out your profits anyways. Offer them here...
