That mintmark looks like it's sitting on top of the coin. I see no metal flow lines and it does not look at all like it rises up out of the metal...
My favorites are the proof ASEs. They are large, pure silver, reasonably priced, and very beautiful! My second fave would be Morgans. I'm not into...

You could try a stereo microscope with a digital USB eyepiece camera. Then you'll have the microscope as well which is the only way you can see...
