It looks circulated to me. And it is not DMPL. I would say AU55.

Usually the initial prices are higher than later on. If the mintages are normal, the prices will drop for them.
I think that they are real, toned coins. The images are scans. The details are easy to see, just not any luster, so any accurate idea of the grade...

I think that the value of these coins is the metal content. So I would say that the dealer would give about $2.30 each. Spot is $2.70 each. :kewl:
