San Francisco did not mint any cents with mintmarks 1956-1967. Do you have a Red Book? If so all this information can be found inside.
The mintmark is damaged, also San Francisco didn't make any cents in 1959.

Definitely from the Bahamas, I have no idea what the denomination is. It appears to have the date of 2006 or 2016.
