Yes it is a Doubled die and its been confirmed. I always a get a second opinion. and the pictures like I said show a CLEAR doubling of the nose....
I found 10 of these 1943 steel cents but they are all in this same condition. is there something I can use to clean these?

this looks like it can be doubled die. the second nostril is the exact clone of the original one.
