I could get the coin for low AU price , but if it wouldn't grade at another company atleast au53 I'm gonna stear clear. Thanks for the help...

So are you saying it's a problem coin and wouldn't cross to a tpg? I've heard a lot about them down grading these but not them crossing out ..

It looks like there might be a small Ding right in the middle of the bands, so it's really hard to say from those photos.
I believe you would have a good chance of getting a VF35/XF40 grade in a problem free holder. I would send it to maybe Anacs or even possibly ICg...
Just to update , I purachased 10 of the 14 coins that I originally intented to buy. After having more time to examine them I decide not to buy 4...

As far as pcgs and NCG go, I couldn't say , I did send a dime into anacs a year or so back that had this dark almost black toning on the reverse....
From what I can see there might be a hit on Washington's neck and possibly 2 on the eagles right wing.
