Despite the fact that it is a CC, I personally feel that that coin is a marginal 62. The cheek is just too chewed up for me to go higher.
I would either grade this a ms-64, or perhaps damaged. It looks like there may be a faint, but sizeable scratch in the left obverse field.
NEVER BEEN CLEANED! ROFL. I think he meant to say definately instead of never.
I agree with Doug. The pink color is a giveaway, as is the artificial luster.
Bone, I would net that as a vf-35. I believe it is a 105a since the die cracks are very strong. On the 105 I believe they are weak. Also there...
I studied quite a few early lincolns on heritage today in this grade, and then in the 64 RB. This one is definitely much nicer than many of the 65...

Without a doubt Ben. I wish I had had a decent camera back then, as all I would have had to do is post some pictures of the coin, and people would...
I should add that the reason the coins didn't come back higher than a 66 (something I understand now), was that they were BLAST WHITE. TPG's don't...
Bump, Here is a sad lesson. I bought these two coins a man named jeff wherlin, aka jwcameo on ebay. I bought a goodly sum for them. This was when...
Airedale, I apologize for not responding. You want proof of a doctored photo, look at any walker, or merc dime he has posted that looks deep cam....
The devices may not be doubled, but the fields sure are!
The morgan is an 1880-cc. You can tell from the notch under the second 8 (and since it has already been mentioned ). I personally would grade the...
