That is a pretty dandy item- those who would only pay spot would miss a fun opportunity to roll the dice
I had collected this myself from the bank when they came out- original.
no luck- but it was fun- my wife even got involved:eek:
the spouses are more than $100 over spot- for that $100 I should get a coin with no spots. That is reasonable.
A spot on a $1000 collector gold coin is a defect. It is a collector item not a jacket from walmart.
I almost always agree with you but on this one I find that (with the Spouses) there is a very high percentage of problem coins. I guess you have...
I just do not accept that. Specifically with the spouses. More than half of the spouses have a defect of some sort- that is just unacceptable on...
These coins are a specific collector item and they are extremely condition sensitive. I just can't accept the comparison that you are trying to make.

the ASE is one of the most beautiful coins ever produced- ever- by any nation in any era. That certainly counts for something
My bank account says otherwise
If you are straightforward about the problems go for it
273,312 ?? better check that. I am ok at spotting undervalued moderns and the 2010 proof SAE is not on my radar
they do have tiers, if someone had 15,000 feedback you know they are a pro, if they have 150 and most are "as a buyer" you know they are a normal...
I strongly suggest that everyone who buys on ebay try selling a few items there. It will really expand your perspective on all of you future ebay...
