Confirmed, ANACS graded my 25C 1998 D a Double Strike at MS-58.
Saved grocery shopping, and got a 1998 D either DDO/ or dbl. struck 25C in change back. I thanked her yesterday. I still have the receipt.
The mintmark, and partly the IGWT legend is okay. See the doubling in the letter "Y"?
