The $1 St.Louis replacement note found by @CaptainMK is the key note for the series, very nice find.
Low numbers can typically be found on the C-C block.
There are 9 blocks including the replacement note. High grades are not rare...maybe scarce would be more appropriate. [ATTACH]

$100 is an exaggerated guess. Economy is $25 for notes under $1,000 in value. Add another $20 for shipping (both ways) and you’re still under $50.

@tommyc03 nailed it. Post BEP cutting from a sheet sold to collectors. Poor margins are one thing but wavy edges and the serial number give it away.
