Looks like DDD with a lot of grease on the die. If you're only looking for mint errors you are going to get very frustrated with your new hobby....

That is from over polishing the die at the mint. Very, very common and if you look at a lot of '93 D coins you can almost see the progression....
Now that you know what it is, keep it as a reference when you're coin hunting.
