With everything from the mint I just wait a year or two and save money buying it in the secondary market.

Must have just been a bad worker. Most like change in their till.
I have yet to find one after searching relentlessly since they were released.
I have a friend who collects ugly quarters and loves them. He says he's always looking for a downgrade!
