The mintmark is wrong, the denticles look strange and not at all like the genuine article, and it looks cleaned/polished to me. Too many danger...

Hard for me to see that coin as uncirculated. A high circulated grade, sure, like XF or AU.

I fully agree with all those on here who pronounced it ugly, the obverse in particular.
