NGC attributes the 1964 FS-103, if you sent four coins in maybe they weren't the DDO-015 (FS-103). The 1964 FS-103 isn't that hard to attribute.

I just checked the ANA library link posted earlier, typed in Kennedy and they have five copies of Wiles book to loan out.
GOOD! They do have some summer class held in CO and Wiles teaches one on die varieties I think if that is something your interested in.
