Oddly, I think the photo in the Bowers Colonial book for the obv. 4 is wrong. The O in YOUR is in the wrong position over the first S in BUSINESS....

I agree- very pronounced roller marks from the metal strip being pulled through the draw station prior to planchets being punched. The worn dies...

I think around VF30, I don't think the marks are severe enough to preclude a straight grade, after all it circulated.
Having the coin in front of me, I have doubts that it has been dipped. I have a number of dipped coins that I subsequently left in a drawer for 5...
