Looks like a cleaned coin to me, only thing that sticks out on the coin is the rim at the 8 position on looking at the obverse.
Got back from an small trip to Iowa and there seemed to be a package in my mailbox from a Cointalk Member... Got this wonderful coin for my binder...

Anyone else notice black ink/dye on the rims on the coins? almost looks like its from the black inserts but I know.

So I just got my set in the mail and I'm looking at the quarters and there is these oily spots in the case itself distorting the display and...
