In my opinion, the coin pictured is a coin to stay away from. It is fake or very harshly cleaned to the point of looking fake.
You have a normal, decently struck peace dollar. It isn't even in great condition. Not a very valuable coin. Not proof. End of story.

Picture is still very grainy, so it is impossible to tell. The doubling you see is probably machine doubling or something of the sort.
Perhaps some of it was caused by a grease filled die, but looks like a worn zincoln to me. Nothing good.
No purpose in keeping these in my opinion. They are worth 1 cent.

It has multiple hits and dings on it, especially on the bottom of the neck. Should be 64.
Yep, looks like it got the Carson City grade boost. IMO not Ms-65, but still a really nice coin though.
