1995 D - 11.15 grams Obverse has "ring of death". But, Reverse is missing N.E. edge. Reverse West edge is unusually thick.

I think this information regarding the submission of coins for grading, and the multitudes that could be shared by the nice folks here on COINTALK...
To me, the D mint mark looks like a normal D, with another D on top of it - slightly tilted to the N.W.

This KHD coin was found in a previous box searched a few weeks ago. It is clearly missing the "H", on the reverse in HALL. I do not see this...
