Looks like a HEAVILY worn Maundy piece, 1 1/2 pence coin. I'd guess 1839 vs. 1859, based on the obverse design.

Reverse is definitely strong enough, the obverse is where it gets sticky.
I'd think it stands a good shot. If nothing more, you'll have a very nice 65. I bet even slabbed 65, you'd get a premium for it since the detail...
The one is an actual coin. The other is an artists representation. I wouldn't try to analyze it to deeply.

If I'm not mistaken, '67 was the transition year - all '66 were 80%, all '68 were 50%, '67 was a pot shot.
