All of yours are full steps. However, almost all modern Jefferson nickels have full steps because the stairs are in lower relief than the older ones.

I think it's a counterfeit, the mintmark is style is wrong. Compare it to the one Lon Chaney posted.
That 1905 has a great strike. The stars and corn are all very sharp. Nice coins!
