thats a pretty good price considering he probaly only paid a few dollars for the uncirculated roll. i would have kept the DD, but thats just me....
my dad ordered from littleton a few years ago and got the 1999-2004 state quarters. they came in a small plastic bag and the coins hit each other...
that coin almost looks like one of those play money coins you can get at the store. there is probaly a stamp on back of that coin that says COPY....
i'd have to say my 1893 barber quarter. :D
looks like it has F-12 details but with the cleaning that knocks it down to a VG-8. nice quarter! :kewl:

if it is circulated it is not worth more than face. i would offer it for sale here though just in case someone wants it. i'm not sure it would be...

i also use the blue whitman folders. one tip i have is if you get a folder where the whole seems too small for the coin get a new coin of the same...
looks like a metal detector find. not sure about the missing mintmark though, maybe a grease filled die? :odd:
