I came up with that doing research. There were a few found in 1999 and again in 2001. A Pennsylvania a new jersey, anyway, pcgs shows Very similar...
It's yellow! If it were painted the pics under the microscope would be complete coverage not appearing as if it were blended magnesium. Maybe.
